North Fork Arts
Arts in the North Fork
The North Fork Valley has been a draw for artists of all kinds for several decades. We are fortunate to have their influence in our art galleries, and art centers, our radio station, and recording studios, our live music venues, our town art, and film, and theater productions.
Our resident artists tend to be attracted to live and work here because of the unpretentious community and lifestyle one can have here, plus the incredible natural beauty, the peace and quiet, and inspirational landscapes that inspire us all.
We hope you have a chance while you are visiting our Valley to come to appreciate what those of us who live here have seen and felt for a long time. Take some time to take it all in, visit our galleries and studios, and enjoy the art of the North Fork Valley.
The Harvest Festival Art Gallery and Boutique Tour is a great way to see a wide array of local artists' and artisans' beautiful work. The tour is self-guided. It takes place in both Paonia and Hotchkiss on Friday, September 25th from 5-8 p.m. and on Saturday, September 26th 10 a.m-2 p.m.
